We’re thrilled to announce the release of the BuildFax Housing Health Report.
The report delivers a macro view of the U.S. housing market, which looks at three key economic indicators: single-family housing authorizations, existing housing maintenance and existing housing remodeling.
July data revealed an increase in the annual rate of single-family housing authorizations, and housing maintenance saw significant activity in spend and volume. The annual rate of remodel volume remained flat, however remodel spend is still increasing substantially.
