BuildFax data products reach INSIDE of a structure. The BuildFax U.S. Property History database is an extensive property data engine consisting of current and archived permitting data from thousands of cities and counties across the country. BuildFax mines this vast resource to create proprietary data products that reach inside structures. This is the largest aggregation of national building permit data available anywhere.

This database includes:

• Building construction records
• Structure repair history
• Permit issuance activity

BuildFax data includes only properties and structures on which construction permit activity has been recorded. It may not represent the complete history of a property, just the history available from the permitting authority in an electronic format.
